i am in the middle of doing some product research on etsy and i came across this little gem...



i dont know why, but it made me laugh so hard.



at the moment i am digging through a bunch of etsy shops that feature quilts - looking at the prices, sizes and quality of the quilts. then i am looking at the number of sales and frequency of the sales in different shops. so far i am shocked by what i have found - there are a bunch of people making a bunch of money in etsy! i'm inspired... time to drop the laptop and get sewing!!!

curiosity, the cat killer.

we made our way to 2009 - what a relief. i have put off this blog idea for way too long, time to change that, along with many other things.

in my search for summer activities (classes, workshops, residencies...) i have come across the website for this neat little shop in san francisco called 'the curiosity shoppe'. everything in the shop is absolutely delightful. my birthday is right around the corner... i will be dropping hints for these treasures:















lastly, i have finally downloaded and am listening to beach house's latest album 'devotion'. it is wonderful - check it out.
